  • Text transcriptions: Stored with conversation history locally
  • Analytics data: 26 months (aggregated and anonymized)

Legal Requirements: We may retain information longer when required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Voice and AI Data Processing

Voice Input Processing: When you use voice features, your voice data is processed to provide AI responses. This processing may involve third-party services for voice recognition and AI response generation.

Voice Data Storage: Voice recordings may be stored as part of your conversation history, especially when you save or share conversation sessions. You have control over saving and sharing your voice data.

Voice Data Safeguards:

  • Voice recordings are protected with appropriate security measures

  • Voice data is processed and stored only as needed to provide our services
